The Boston Ultimate Disc Alliance (BUDA) is the nonprofit organization that governs the sport of ultimate frisbee throughout the Greater Boston area. BUDA runs spring, summer, fall, and winter leagues for adults of every level, plus a thriving youth program with elementary, middle school, and high school divisions. Thousands of players participate each year in BUDA leagues at fields and indoor facilities across Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Medford, Waltham, and the surrounding suburbs. BUDA also hosts major tournaments like the Boston Invite and supports club teams competing at the regional and national level.
