The Boston Park League is the oldest continuously operating amateur baseball league in the United States, founded in 1929 and still playing every summer on Boston city diamonds. The league features high-level adult amateur baseball, with rosters that regularly include former Division I college players, ex-minor leaguers, and local Boston high school standouts. Games are played on weeknights and weekends at historic city fields such as Smith Field in Allston, Rogers Park in Brighton, and McConnell Park in Dorchester. The Park League regular season is followed by a single-elimination championship tournament that crowns a city baseball champion each August.
