HEY NOW! We get together at least once a month to play Grateful Dead tunes at Smash Studios in midtown. Amps, drums, mics, and keyboards are provided by the studio and the cost is usually $20-25/person. There is not a 'house' band. If you sign up, stick to it, and show up you'll get to play. This jam has been going every month for over 10 years so there is a usual revolving cast of characters and I encourage people of all skill levels to come play.
