Lynn Woods Reservation is one of the largest municipal parks in the United States — 2,200 acres of forested trails, ponds, and historic stone structures just 10 miles north of Boston. A loose-knit trail running and hiking community uses the park year-round, supported by the volunteer Friends of Lynn Woods. Group trail runs, full-moon hikes, mountain bike rides, and orienteering events are posted regularly. Newcomers are welcome and the trails are open dawn-to-dusk year-round.
