Whether you are seasoned or starting your journey, this group is the perfect place to learn, share, and grow with us. Our workshop includes large and small group discussions and exercises, interspersed with fun games. Friday evening will be on Zoom, Saturday and Monday (10 am - 6 pm) are in person in the Upper East Side.
