All Dorchester Sports & Leadership (ADSL) is a Dorchester, Massachusetts youth development nonprofit that has used sports as a vehicle for leadership, education, and healthy living for more than three decades. Based out of facilities along Columbia Road and partnering with Boston Public Schools, ADSL serves thousands of kids each year through basketball, soccer, baseball, flag football, volleyball, and after-school enrichment programs. The organization is best known for keeping registration fees low or free so that every Dorchester family can participate, and for pairing sports leagues with academic support, mentoring, and college readiness. Volunteer coaches and staff from the neighborhood help create one of the most active youth sports communities in Boston.
