Minute 0 to 15: build the page
Name, photo, neighborhood, and a description that sounds like a person wrote it. Then the important bit: put your next real event on the calendar. A page with a date on it feels alive. A page without one feels like a parked domain.
Minute 15 to 25: make it look lived-in
Add your co-organizers. Write one line about what a first visit is like. If you have a group photo from a good day, use that one.

Minute 50 to 60: set the finish line
Pick the date after which RSVPs live in one place only, and say it out loud. Two lists running side by side for months is the only part of a move that genuinely confuses people.
